Gina is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Personal Training Institute, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified trainer, Certified Health & Nutrition Coach Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and has worked as a Certified Health Coach at the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute under Dr. Roizen coaching participants on Healthy Weight/Waist Loss, Healthy Lifestyle, Tobacco Cessation and Stress Management. She will guide you through a 55-minute session based on your goals and personal preferences. She focuses on resistance-training using simple equipment such as free-weights, bands, gliders, ab-rollers, pilates rings... and her favorite "piece of equipment"- your own body.
Working one-on-one and with a small group is where her passion lies- watching people build strength, overcome and prevent injuries, and learn a method of exercise that they can implement into their lives to create a healthy future and most importantly, feel like their strongest selves.
